It technician

The IT Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of the organisation’s IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. The role ensures high system availability and effective end-user support, while contributing to both technical and physical IT environments.

Main Responsibilities Set up and configure laptops, desktops, i Pads, and peripheral devices according to company standards. Provide first-line support and basic troubleshooting for end users across mac OS and Windows. Diagnose and repair hardware issues, including disassembly and reassembly of laptops.
