UST España & Latam is seeking a Java Tech Lead to join their SRE team in Spain. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and expertise in AWS, driving reliability and performance improvements within cloud environments.

Responsibilities include leading a group of engineers in maintaining critical back-end services and optimizing complex systems. This role requires strong English skills and the ability to work in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
