• Lead a group of engineers responsible for maintaining and improving back‑end services for critical customer and data applications in the cloud.
• Shape and deliver goals and vision set by the Site Reliability Engineering Manager.
• Contribute to optimisation and improvement themes, reducing operational overhead through observability and automation.
