With at least two years of experience, you’ll be responsible for food production for both daily line service and banquet preparations. You will maintain a clean workspace while adhering to health regulations and monitoring food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare menu items according to customer standards
• Complete all mis en place efficiently
• Ensure proper storage and cleanliness of food
• Adhere to health regulations and food handling techniques
• Monitor and control food costs and waste
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in a culinary environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
