The IT Administrator is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the organization's technology infrastructure. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all technology-related concerns including device procurement, onboarding setup, troubleshooting, internet connectivity, and basic web development support using PHP. The IT Administrator works closely with the HR & Admin department to ensure smooth technology operations across the organization.
