Provide support in testing workflows, automations, and internal systems within the department.
Collaborate in the implementation of tools that help reduce time, manual errors, and rework in HR processes.
Technical Skills
B2 English proficiency level
Intermediate Excel and Power BI skills
Information validation and analysis
Data logic and basic troubleshooting
SharePoint and HR digital tools management
Experience
Academic experience or internships focused on data analysis, KPI management, process automation, or data visualization tools.
