General Objective of the Job
The Junior Product Representative manages assigned customer accounts and handles the full sales cycle. This role is for candidates without prior industry experience and focuses on learning the products, customers, and sales process while gradually building independence.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Account Management (Full Sales Cycle)
- Manage assigned accounts from quotation to order fulfillment and after-sales follow-ups.
- Handle customer concerns and coordination.
- Track receivables and ensure collections within agreed terms.
2. Customer Visits
- Conduct regular customer visits to maintain relationships and monitor developments.
- Provide updates on customer feedback, issues, and opportunities.
