  1. Data Entry & Record-Keeping

  2. Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software

  3. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records

  4. Accounts Payable & Receivable

  5. Process supplier invoices and customer bills

  6. Prepare payment listings and schedules
  7. Match and verify supplier statements with internal records

  8. Bank Reconciliation

  9. Reconcile bank statements with accounting system entries
