Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the account managers in the preparation of reports
  • Assist in the conduct of alignment meetings
  • Assist in the contract accomplishments/approval
  • Assist in gathering of data with other departments
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that information is accurate and provided on time


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
  • Internship or OJT experience in a client-facing role is advantageous

Skills

  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills
