Junior Analytics Engineer

Our client is looking for a Junior Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and enhance scalable data models and analytics pipelines. In this role you will contribute to delivering high‑quality business intelligence by building strong data foundations that support reporting, analytics, and informed decision‑making across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement relational, dimensional, and domain‑specific semantic data models, applying strong data normalization principles.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise analytics pipelines using dbt, SQLMesh, or similar modern transformation tools.
• Implement and monitor data quality frameworks using tools such as dbt tests and SodaCL to ensure trusted datasets.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
