Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day support to ensure smooth running of the e‑Commerce and post‑sales business systems.
  • Investigate and diagnose relevant system problems and resolve them independently.
  • Coordinate engineers across different teams to offer solutions.
  • Create, track, and close incidents or problems related to business systems using IT service management tools.
  • Summarize work and analyze operational data within a required period for continual improvement.
  • Establish a knowledge database, maintain and update technical support documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Familiar with SQL; basic coding skills are highly preferred.
