Job Description

The Junior CRM Specialist supports new user acquisition and activation by executing onboarding and early-lifecycle CRM campaigns. This role focuses on increasing first booking conversion and accelerating the journey from install to repeat usage through well-timed and well-executed CRM communications.

The role is execution-heavy and ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who wants to build a strong foundation in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

New User Onboarding & Activation

  • Execute CRM journeys guiding users from:
    • App install to first booking
    • First booking to second booking
  • Deploy onboarding campaigns that educate users on app USPs, pricing, and key features
  • Support first-ride incentive and welcome offer execution

CRM Campaign Execution
