Job Summary Responsible for managing time office operations, employee lifecycle documentation, attendance administration, payroll inputs, statutory compliance support, and HR coordination to ensure effective workforce management and compliance with organizational policies. Key Responsibilities Administer employee attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, overtime, and manpower reporting. Monitor biometric attendance systems and ensure accuracy of time office records. Prepare and validate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave, and deductions. Maintain employee master data, personal files, joining formalities, confirmations, transfers, and separation documentation. Support statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and labour law documentation. Manage contract labour records, gate pass control, and contractor compliance documentation.
