Junior Functional Analyst

Position Summary The Junior Functional Analyst is responsible for supporting business and operational initiatives through requirements gathering, process analysis, system configuration support, quality testing, and user support activities. This role works closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, developers, quality assurance resources, and project teams to help ensure business requirements are clearly understood, tested, and translated into effective system and process solutions.
