Job Description

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Facilitates daily membership sign-up process to educate patrons on benefits and privileges of being a Rewards Circle Club member.
  • Updates patron's account information to effectively provide information to queries regarding membership status.
  • Upsells Rewards Collection items of patrons to meet revenue target set by the Management.
  • Processes redemption of Rewards Collection items and complimentary items to improve retention of patrons.

II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Educational Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferably graduate in Hospitality Management, Marketing or Business Administration

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in hospitality or gaming industry
  • Sales and Marketing experience is an advantage
