Job Description
Key Responsibilities HR Business Partnering Support Support HRBPs in day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits)
Act as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures
Assist in performance management processes, including documentation and tracking
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations
Training & Development Coordination Coordinate end-to-end training activities (scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking)
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training vendors
Maintain training calendars and learning management systems (LMS)
Track training effectiveness, feedback, and completion rates
Support development of training materials and learning content
