Junior Landman

I'm working with a growing, entrepreneurial minerals and royalties company in Dallas that is looking to add a Junior Landman to its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their land career who wants hands-on exposure across acquisitions, title research, ownership analysis, due diligence, and asset management within the minerals and royalties space.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducting title research and ownership verification
• Reviewing courthouse, online, and third-party records
• Supporting acquisition due diligence efforts
• Assisting with lease, deed, and conveyance document review
• Maintaining land databases and ownership records
• Working closely with senior land professionals on active transactions
• Communicating with mineral owners, operators, and industry partners
