Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, products, and services.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment activities.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Previous experience in Procurement/Purchasing is required.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) and Retail industries is essential.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
