Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, products, and services.
  • Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment activities.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Procurement/Purchasing is required.
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) and Retail industries is essential.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
