JUNIOR PRODUCTION & PLANNING MANAGER

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Production & Planning Specialist to support manufacturing operations at our Derio plant.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage manufacturing for coating and slitting machines.
• Analyze production deviations, errors, and opportunities for optimization based on customer orders, demand forecasts, and raw material availability.
• Coordinate order processing, confirm delivery times, and define production cycles and volumes per cycle.
• Manage finished product stock, assign inventory to orders, ensuring correct packaging and pricing.
• Monitor stock levels and generate replenishment orders for SA stocks.
• Handle MTO order management, minimum order quantity checks, scheduling, and availability confirmation.
• Define SKUs and volumes per SKU according to production cycles.
• Address customer claims related to transport and handling.
