Responsibilities

  • Assistinplanningandorganizingtasksrelatedtofacilityrefurbishmentandadaptations.
  • Supportcoordinationandcommunicationwithsuppliersandserviceproviders.
  • Helpoverseebasictechnicalequipmentsuchascompressors,generators,pumps,HVAC,electricalsystems,andfireprotectionsystems.
  • Assistinmanagingserviceslikepainting,gardening,flooring,andgeneralmaintenancework.
