Duties & Responsibilities



  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support to resolve queries raised.

  • Provide high-quality, timely support to clients by diagnosing and resolving technical queries.

  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up on the resolution process.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company to provide accurate information.

  • Process compliance to ensure first-time-right delivery of requests received.
