Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical and administrative support to staff or clients
  • Respond to support requests via email, phone, or ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues (hardware, software, network access)
  • Assist with user account setup, permissions, and system access
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
  • Support system updates, backups, and routine maintenance tasks
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
