Junior/Senior Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise and collaborate with customers to resolve service issues and provide technical solutions for scientific and analytical equipment such as Particle Size Analyzers, XRF, Spectroscopy, and ICP systems.
• Work closely with internal sales and regional technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Perform installation, commissioning, training, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of analytical instruments at customer sites.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and act as a technical advisor.
• Identify opportunities for new preventive maintenance contracts.
• Prepare service and spare parts quotations in response to customer enquiries.
• Conduct hands-on training for end users, including scientists, engineers, and distributors.
