Job Title: Product Support & Customer Enablement – Karma Subito

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Support professional to act as the first line of support for members using the Karma Subito application. This role bridges the gap between members, concierge teams, and the Karma Subito product team to ensure a seamless user experience, faster issue resolution, and improved product adoption.

Key Responsibilities 1. Product Support & Troubleshooting
  • Act as the first point of contact for member-facing issues related to the Karma Subito App.
  • Provide functional support and troubleshoot application-related concerns.
  • Understand Karma Group business processes and booking rules.
  • Work with member ecosystems including mobile/web applications and workflows such as:
  • Member login (MBR)
  • Account information (ViewPoint)
