Martell Group is actively seeking a full-time Technical Support Engineer for their Kelowna office. Own the customer support queue and troubleshoot various technical issues effectively.
This role involves resolving recurring issues such as API key problems, container connectivity issues, and debugging complex systems. Candidates should possess 2 to 4 years of experience in technical support, DevOps, or similar roles, along with skills in Linux, Docker, and AWS services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve a variety of customer support tickets
• Prioritize issues by their impact on customers
• Address API key and billing issues efficiently
• Debug configurations and trace delivery issues
• Review monitoring data to identify actual outages
