Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain positive client financial relationships.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project status using CRM systems and other tools.
  • Ensure all projects are aligned with client expectations, deliverables, and quality standards.
