About the Role

As a Kitchen Assistant at HC‑One, you’ll value kindness above all, ensuring that every resident receives high‑quality, nutritious meals tailored to their individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation under the direction of the Chef or Cook.
• Serve meals with warmth, respect, and timeliness.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including equipment and surfaces.
• Monitor and record food storage temperatures (fridges, freezers, etc.).
• Support stock rotation and proper ingredient storage.
• Train new team members on safe kitchen equipment use.
• Washing up and ensuring a spotless kitchen after busy periods.

Qualifications
