Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking to appoint general kitchen assistant to join our team at The Hub School from September 2026. The Hub School are providing brand new kitchen facilities, and you will be a part of a fantastic team.

The ideal candidate will desirably hold a minimum of level 2 food hygiene training certificate and a working knowledge of food hygiene and safety, or be willing to attend the necessary courses to gain the appropriate knowledge and skills.

You will need to be a team player who is flexible and that can work to a high standard without supervision. Ideally you will also possess the appropriate skills to assist in some preparation of meals for the children, if required by the Cook, and hold a full driving licence to travel between two sites when needed.

You will be expected to serve lunch and clear & clean the school hall, eating areas & service equipment & lunch equipment, in accordance with current food safety regulations. We are seeking a person who i...
