Job Description

• Food Preparation and Cooking: Assist in preparing ingredients, cooking, and assembling dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning workstations, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Stock Management: Monitor inventory, ensure supplies are stocked, and report shortages to the kitchen manager.
• Following Health and Safety Guidelines: Adhere to food safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation of food and kitchen equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service during busy hours.
• Experience: Prior experience in kitchen or food preparation roles preferred, but not required.
