Kitchen Helper/ Assistant

Location: Central, Somerset

Salary: $1,900 – $2,500/month

Working Hours: Based on roster

Work Schedule: 6 days per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle hot food preparation and prepare ingredients accordingly.
  • Perform basic cooking tasks, grill ready-to-use products, and plate food for service.
  • Clean kitchen surfaces, sweep/mop floors, remove garbage, and wash cooking utensils, pots, and pans.
  • Unpack deliveries, stock ingredients, and organize storage areas (fridges/freezers).
  • Assemble dishes, package takeout orders, and refill condiment containers.
Requirements
  • Prior F&B operations experience
  • Possess valid Food Safety & Hygiene Certification
  • Able to work flexible shifts based on hotel scheduling
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • A strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude
