Transform plant assets as a Reliability Engineer with Kruger Pro. Focus on preventative maintenance to optimize reliability and productivity at our Trenton facility.
In this role, you will lead initiatives to strengthen equipment reliability through effective maintenance strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to analyze failures and implement improvement plans. Your technical background in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement will be crucial in improving operational success and asset management.
