We are looking for a Laboratory Specialist for our Agricultural & Environmental Solutions Laboratory in Bresso (MI), Italy.

Mission

The Laboratory Specialist assists the Laboratory Manager in developing new projects to promote Azelis products and incorporate them into customers' finished product formulations in the agrochemical market.

Main Accountabilities

  • Support and partially drive development and testing of new formulations, applications, and chemistries:Support and develop new product concepts to enter new customer/market segments;Support the sampling process (for customers, seminars, and exhibitions);
  • Support the sales team by making joint customer visits
  • Support customers on production trials if necessary
  • Drive innovation through the Market segment’s lateral value chain;
