Job Overview
As a Ladle Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the ladle furnace equipment used in the steelmaking process. You will work closely with the production team to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the ladle furnace, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and control the ladle furnace equipment, including charging, heating, and tapping processes
- Monitor and adjust furnace parameters to maintain the desired temperature and chemical composition of the molten steel
