ACCIONA Energía is a leading 100% renewable energy company operating across five continents. The Land Securement team in Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro supports the acquisition and acquisition-related activities essential to the development of renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support land acquisition and securement activities, including identification, assessment, and reporting on affected properties, landowners/claimants/tenants, and improvements.
  • Prepare and execute required documentation and agreements, including rent, housing structure, and other claims.
  • Coordinate with local government units (LGUs) and government agencies on payment of taxes, registration of documents, titling, and related activities.
  • Assist in the conduct of information campaigns, presentations, site inspections, and applications for endorsements and permits from LGUs and other agencies.
