Language Resource Associate

The main role of the LR Associate is to actively manage and communicate with our linguistic resources, ensuring that we have enough talent to support projects.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, qualifying, selecting, orienting, and negotiating with Clearly Local resources
• Working with internal teams to provide recommendations for strategic planning; reviewing, preparing, and completing action plans; and implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
• Maintaining positive relationships and fostering inclusion in the Resources Community
• Updating and maintaining the Clearly Local Resource Database

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Good written communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and their functions
