Philips Iberica SAU is seeking a Support Operations Manager to lead service teams across the LATAM Hispanic clusters. You will optimize performance and ensure high customer satisfaction while delivering on key operational KPIs.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, at least a year of management experience, and proficiency in English and Spanish. We value collaboration and require onsite presence at least 3 days per week.
