A leading FMCG company in Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and support the HR functions. Responsibilities include preparing HRDF applications, liaising with training providers, and maintaining training records. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in HR Management or related fields and has strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG industry is preferable.
