DevOps Manager – Madrid / Malaga - Hybrid working, 2 days a week in the office. Global IT Consultancy.

Role can be based in either Malaga or Madrid. 25 days holiday + bank holidays / Health Insurance / Personal Development Budget.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and developing a multidisciplinary engineering team across software development and DevOps
• Owning the delivery, operational quality, and ongoing evolution of internal applications and services
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans
• Driving engineering best practices including CI/CD, automation, observability, code quality, and operational reliability
