Lead Business Analyst / Business Architect – Enterprise Transformation

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst / Business Architect with 12+ years of experience to play a pivotal role in a large-scale business transformation initiative. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across discovery, design, and delivery, ensuring that business vision, goals, and value realization are consistently aligned with scope, process, and outcomes.

This role requires a proven leader who has occupied a Lead BA role for 3+ years, has established enterprise-level processes, and has successfully managed end-to-end transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders, complex operating models, and significant change.
