Lead Control System Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of HMH Equipment Control System solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of control system software deliveries, from concept through commissioning and support.
• Diagnose complex issues in existing PLC systems and drive effective, sustainable solutions.
• Ensure robust integration of PLC systems with other automation components and interfaces.
• Define and maintain high standards for software quality, reliability, and maintainability.
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to system architecture and design improvements.
• Review and validate technical solutions, including code, documentation, and test results.
• Produce and ensure high-quality, structured documentation aligned with project and customer requirements.
