Lead Data Center QS – MEP, Cost & Risk

Datacenter People is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major project in Berlin, Germany. You will be responsible for managing all commercial and financial aspects of high-value projects from inception to completion.

Your role includes leading MEP cost management, subcontractor procurement, and ensuring budget adherence through effective cash flow management and commercial reporting. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is required, along with proven experience in a senior commercial role.
