A Helpdesk Technician at cowboy safari Company supports the technology used across both office operations and field activities. Because the company handles bookings, communication, and navigation for safari experiences, the technician ensures all devices, software, and networks run smoothly. This role is essential in helping guides, coordinators, and managers stay connected and keep tours operating safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level technical support for staff in the office and at safari locations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and company software.
- Set up and maintain equipment used by field guides, including communication tools and portable Wi‑Fi hotspots.
- Assist with problems involving booking systems, GPS apps, radios, and internal communication platforms.
- Keep records of support requests and document common solutions for future reference.
