JOB SUMMARY

The Lead Developer is responsible for the technical leadership,architecture design, and delivery oversight of backend systems. This role ensuresscalable, secure, and high-performance server-side solutions while mentoring backendengineers and enforcing engineering standards across projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead the design, development, and optimization of backend systems and APIsusing Node.js and related technologies.
  2. Define and enforce backend architecture standards, coding practices, anddesign patterns.
  3. Translate business and product requirements into robust technical solutionsand system designs.
  4. Own backend system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
  5. Conduct and lead code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices andtechnical excellence.
