EPAM Systems is seeking a hands-on Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team in Argentina. This role focuses on strengthening our Kubernetes platform operations and enhancing the CI/CD ecosystem. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a practical background in managing cloud-native infrastructure.

The successful applicant will lead the management of Kubernetes clusters, improve deployment pipelines, and ensure operational resilience across production environments. This position requires a strong understanding of AWS services, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
