- Formulate overall E&IC procurement strategies, align procurement plans with project schedule, budget and technical specifications, lead full-cycle procurement work for E&IC discipline.
- Manage supplier resource development, qualification audit, performance evaluation and long-term partnership maintenance for E&IC manufacturers and service vendors.
- Organize tender invitation, bid evaluation, technical & commercial negotiation, complete price benchmarking, cost optimization and risk control to achieve procurement cost targets.
- Draft, review and sign E&IC procurement contracts & purchasing agreements, clarify delivery terms, quality standards, payment terms and after-sales liabilities.
- Track order production, shipment, customs clearance and site delivery progress, resolve supply delay, quality discrepancy and technical matching issues timely.
