Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Operations
The Lead Engineer supervises all mechanical, electrical, and building services operations, ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably. This includes managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules, coordinating reactive maintenance responses, and overseeing system performance monitoring.
