onsemi is looking for a Principal External Manufacturing Engineer based in Carmona, Cavite, Philippines. This role involves overseeing subcontractor operations and leading initiatives for quality and process improvements across semiconductor assembly.

The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in semiconductor assembly, a strong technical background, and effective collaboration skills across teams. A Bachelor's degree and excellent communication abilities in English are required.
