Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Lead Fabricator & Machine Operator to join our team! You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and production in our fabrication and manufacturing facility. We are looking for someone to come in, take charge and be willing to work hard every day to get the job done right. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Machine Operation: Setting up and operating fabrication equipment including CNC, press brake, mills and saws to produce custom and standard items Technical Interpretation: Reading and interpreting blueprints - both electronic and paper, work orders, and technical drawings to determine specifications. Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for imperfections and verifying dimensions against tolerances. Maintenance: Performing basic, routine maintenance and minor adjustments to ensure machinery runs efficiently.
