As the Lead Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations at IREN’s cutting-edge data centers. Your expertise in HVAC and electrical systems will be essential for maintaining peak performance and safety in a Tier III environment. You will train and develop a skilled team, guiding the implementation of maintenance strategies and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure systems
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and execute emergency response plans
• Lead commissioning and testing of new systems
• Optimize budgets and manage vendor relationships
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent
