This role reports directly to the Superintendent or Senior Lead Maintenance. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of maintenance requests within S4/HANA while ensuring safety compliance and effective resource allocation. Your expertise will enable you to lead daily work control meetings and facilitate smooth communication among trades, planners, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and prioritize maintenance work requests daily
• Lead work control meetings with relevant teams
• Act as key communicator between all maintenance stakeholders
• Ensure accurate parts and materials sourcing for timely repairs
• Review and support resolution of delays in major maintenance events
